How to Use Photoshop Curves to Correct Exposure and Colour « Light Stalking
What to do with the info, and how it can be added to apps for future ref or updates.
This link arrived as a tweet from lightstalking, and went off to a photoshop tutorial, the guy who made it has a blog, the odessa files and website, according to the blurb; so the blog can be added to
http://plaitignumdream.wordpress.com/http://plaitignumdream.wordpress.com/
which is my own space for blog reads. I will have to send an email for the ok to add his blog address, to my blog. I can follow publicly or privately it as long as it’s wordpress or blogger, or as an rss feed (add /feed/ to the blog address) if i want to receive updates perhaps in feedly or pulse app, or on channel caster app or just on my google reader (dolphin browser has a google reader add on). This goes for any blog. Alternatively on my pc i can add it as a pearltree bookmark, or to a pinterest board, to delicious bookmarks (or delicious app).
There is a cool pearltree photo bookmark collection that arrived on my photography google +1 circle that i could add it to.
The tweet from Lightstalker opened up a whole realm of possibilities…i am following their twitter and from there can go to their website.
As far as the mentioned software goes, Photoshop will have their own tutorials, but the concept of colour curves presumably, is similar whatever programme or app you use.
The concept of having info flying into any pc or smartphone is cool, and sometimes it’s good to have a collection or space to keep the good info, hence the info on where it could be added to.
The app possibilities are really a sweetshop of choice for social media, photography editing, and update info. There are so many of them for tablets and smartphones…but it’s cool to see how a particular concept – in this case colour curves, can be used, so thanks to the Lightstalking tweet and the odessa files blog person.
I don’t have photoshop full programme but do have it as an app (from what is now google play, and was the android market) and also have photo editor app which has a colour curve function.
I use serif photoplus on the pc, there are free and paid versions on the internet, but it’s not in app form.
If worried about posting links, it’s possible to have a blog thats private just for personal viewing.
